The Oblates have a novitiate house in Davao, in the southern island of Mindanao, Philippines. There they do their postulancy and novitiate before becoming professed sisters.
The oblates used to have to go to Switzerland for their formation. But thank God, the Superior General, Fr. Davide Pagliarani, erected their house into a formal novitiate on September 15, 2018. They have been put under the patronage of Our Lady of Sorrows.
